I'm Justine, a professional at the intersection of sport, training and communication.

After several experiences at CIES, the IOC and the ISF, I finally decided to launch and create my own agency. Sport has always been a part of my life: I've been playing football ever since I was a kid, I don't miss almost any game — especially those of the PSG — And I also practice theatrical improvisation, because we always end up having to improvise somewhere, whether on stage or in real life! All this shapes my way of working: invested, curious, and always ready to find solutions.

Based on my experience, today I am helping the players in sport to structure, develop and spread their projects, convinced that sustainable performance comes from clarity, organisation and human beings.
